Description:	We are searching for a Web Designer/Developer that specializes in web and Flash design to join our Marketing department. The Web Designer/Developer will design, create and produce flash presentations, graphics material, and modify and update the Jibbitz website. This is a hybrid position, including both front-end web design, flash design and development. The successful candidate will possess a strong work ethic, friendly attitude, and a genuine interest in participating within a team-driven environment.
Summary:	•Work in the creative department designing and developing front-end web, layout and content design for Jibbitz website, Flash and multimedia content for our corporate websites, applications, interactive presentations and other new media. •Other duties as assigned •Candidate must have an online portfolio that demonstrates strong knowledge and understanding of graphic design, typography and layout.
Qualifications:	•3-5 years experience building Flash sites/applications •Expertise in Flash 8/Actionscript 2.0 •Clean, modular coding practices •Ability to create dynamic, code driven animation •Strong knowledge of web design software (Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Flash, FTP, Browsers). •Strong understanding of HTML and CSS •Experience with office applications (Word, PowerPoint, & Outlook) •Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines. •Excellent communication skills. •Self-motivated with a positive attitude.

Description:	Jibbitz is looking for an experienced, imaginative person with the ability to define and execute merchandising programs in concert with business strategy and brand strategy to join their team. This person has a strong background in fixture design, retail development and placement, with an emphasis on cash-wrap and small unit sales. Ability to plan, develop, and implement multiple merchandising programs targeted to different segments across footwear and consumer goods industry. Candidate must have a strong background in visual merchandising, demonstrate a high-level of project management skills, and present a positive demeanor.
Summary:	•Identifies business opportunities and develops solutions •Manages outside vendor resources for new store and remodel programs •Ensures brand and visual merchandising consistency is upheld •Strong knowledge of graphic design preferred •Assist retailers in creative merchandising to help increase sell thru at point of sale •Measure program success through tracking and metrics and impact to the business. Report program activities and success metrics on a monthly basis. •Develop relationships with key collaborators, retail partners, and other constituents key to insure driving program success (both internal and external to company).
